The tests inside org.jboss.tools.runtime.soa.test are just copy-pasted from org.jboss.tools.runtime.test. They should be removed since they are not accurate in SOA Tooling.
Instead, the runtime-soa module should contain test that verify it is able to detect SOA-P for SOA Tooling.
