Ok, I think I found where it was slow. Run through all of this script. The bit where it get's too slow is when I add Arquillian. It appears to be doing something to the arquillian jars?!? https://github.com/jboss-jdf/jdf-collateral/blob/master/scripts/zero_to_app_in_10_mins.asciidoc.
