Only those actions that access a slow server are unresponsive.
The same issue happens with P2 or some other action that uses ECF.
It also happens with SVN actions that don't use ECF, but JDK.
Other IDE actions and IDE UI are responsive, but jobs that try to access such servers can get frozen.
The issue happens rarely, usually only in cases where a server neither rejects a connection nor returns any response.
It can be reproduced by adding the SOCKS proxy as in https://issues.jboss.org/secure/attachment/12354862/JBDS_Proxy_Settings.png.
Changing the default values won't help so much, but could cause issues with connections when they are slow.
