* Root README.md does not tell the user to build the TXFramework
*  Check that the "mvn package" produced artefacts work. One problem is the manifest deps are wrong in the pom.xmls.
*  Update package names from org.jboss.as.quickstarts package to org.jboss.narayana.quickstarts.
** When making this update, search for any occurrences of the package name in docs, such as the README.md. All references will be isolated to just the quickstarts project.
** Also namespace URLs for WS
* Parametrize Narayana version in pom.xmls
* Remove refs to EAP 6
* Check then remove @WebMethod(exclude = true)
