https://jira.jboss.org/jira/browse/JBWS-2745 I think the problem stands in the installation. Please scan you AS for libraries belonging to jbossws-native (jbossws-native-*) and remove them. You might also want to check the server/your-configuration/deployers/jbossws.deployers is the right one. If you need a working conf to start with, try deploying the stack to a fresh jboss-5.1.0.GA using the default conf as that's working for sure.
