Well, original attempt to define separate WS-Addressing API spec. failed in withdrawn
state on JCP, see
http://www.jcp.org/en/jsr/detail?id=261
But JAX-WS 2.1 is final and out and it includes above listed classes and annotations only
:(
I see this is useless for your usecase but remember, that you can always implement
WS-Addressing SOAP handler on client side.
Or do you need to be able to process WS-Addressing headers on server side too?
