Yes salaboy we already configured proxy settings..and most of project parts downloading successfully..but unfortunately some dependancies jar and xml files block by firewall. I think our firewall track some keywords in file names. Then project gives errors always. That’s why I am asking for a local repository to map dependencies. And currently we use redhat jboss commercial product with a local repository like I am asking.

You need to configure maven to use your company proxy. Look in the Maven documentation on how to do that, and you will be able to build the projects correctly.
