The question is what you are trying to achieve? Do you really need the full profile? In order to build the full profile we have dedicated machines that can take 6 hours to compile, and we run that once a day or so. We as developer we never run that. 
You can tweak the memory and thread parameters in the pom.xml file, feel free to review they gwt-maven plugin to see which parameters are available.

in my computer um using 4GB RAM ..
i tried to build war file using "mvn clean install -PfullProfile" command....
only one time i built the war file but it took more than six hours ...
when building it took 96% of memory and 97% of Swap....
now it take 100% swap memory and stuck whole process in "compiling permutations"

is there a way to configure heap memory in the jbpm-console file. or any other method to overcome this problem ?????

normally my lap use 18% of memory and 6% fo swap memory...
