Summary: document jbpm 3 features not in jbpm 4 (was: jpdl 3 feature coverage)

Description:
create jira issues for jbpm 3 features that are not yet implemented in jbpm 4. and
provide pointer to those issues from the devguide so that people can vote for it if they
want these features in jbpm4. that way we can prioritize appropriately. E.g.
* Advanced task properties:
<task subtask-synchronization="first, last, unsynchronized, never">
<task blocking="true">
* Assignment expression language
* Config types for user code

this issue lists features that were not prioritized in jpdl 4. for each feature, we
should evaluate whether we actually want to include this to support migration. and if we
do, whether this should be part of the user guide or of the developers guide (deprecate
it)
