Current status:
* the packaging of the jars and ears needs to be revisited. all the sources are already
available. DONE
* test suite coverage should be verified. IN PROGRESS
* hudson job should be set up for running this module's test suite. PENDING
* a pojo new LocalEjbCommandService needs to be created that delegates to the local ejb
command service. DONE
* the binding for the LocalEjbCommandService has to be added so that users can just use
the same jBPM API. DONE
