How can you get a TimeZone from a Locale? The country alone is not enough to determine the
exact time zone, as some countries span multiple time zones. I was thinking of parsing the
Date HTTP header. I reviewed the Seam source code and did not (yet) find anything besides
TimeZone.getDefault().
Any suggestions welcome...
