I've noticed frequently such error during changing existing Lob varibale:
Caused by: org.hibernate.ObjectDeletedException: deleted object would be re-saved by cascade (remove deleted object from associations): [org.jbpm.pvm.internal.lob.Lob#110051]
The source of this problem is at BlobVariable:

Provide a way to supply additional parameters in the "start" activity that would then be available to the task form templates. This would allow one to develop generic start forms that are shared across multiple similar process definitions, but which can be dynamically customized through the injection of these process-definition-specific parameters.
For example, two process definitions, Start-Order and Start-Service-Request. The task form might have a header in it like "Start a new ${entity}". In Start-Order process def, we'd somehow specify entity="Order"; likewise in Start-Service-Request, we'd specify entity="Service Request".
Having this feature would also enable one to create templates where the form fields are pre-populated with different values, based on which process definition is being started.

Currently, the console displays all versions of a process definition, and because the table sorting is broken, finding the latest version of a process definition is not a user-friendly task.
Provide the ability to either
- start the latest version of a given process definition, or
- provide a filtering option to only show the latest version of each process definition (ie. in addition to just active/inactive available now)
IMO the second option is cleaner and would cover use cases other than just starting new process instances.
