Since the upgrade scripts will be checked into version control, I do not see why a
separate DbUpgrade tool is required, separate from the standard Ant SQL task [1]. Is it
just to leverage the known locations of the upgrade scripts in the distribution? If so,
could DbUpgrade be simply a macro, or extended from SQLTask? Otherwise, is the intention
to enable programmatic invocation as well?
