Ladislav Gazo commented on JBPM-1171:
-------------------------------------
bringing back to life this feature request - I just implemented it for jBPM 4. To use it
put <jndi-name value="java:comp/env/mail/resourse" /> to
<mail-server> section and the session will be requested from underlying container /
JNDI repository.
make jbpm configurable to use a mail session from jndi instead of an
additional config file
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Key: JBPM-1171
URL:
https://jira.jboss.org/browse/JBPM-1171
Project: jBPM
Issue Type: Feature Request
Components: Runtime Engine
Affects Versions: jBPM 3.2.2
Reporter: Ronald van Kuijk
Attachments: mail_jndi.pvm.r6408.patch
jBPM now uses a config file for mail properties. Often (especially in JEE envs) a mail
session is already configured and could be used by looking it up via jndi. jBPM should
support this as well.
