i believe lots of users will bump into this problem.
simple solution is adding a "Refresh List" button. but i think the better
solution is to get the list data page by page from the server.
User need to relogin after deplying or undeploying a process to view
the changes

Everytime a new process is deployed or undeployed, user needs to logout and login to view
the changes. This may not be a big issue in production where new processes are not added
very frequently but during development this can be pain.
