Typically these are data updates that need to happen in the jBPM DB. E.g. the nextid property from the id generator needs to be initialized. and the langid deployment property needs to be added for every existing deployed jpdl process. I want us to deliver a single tool that the user has to invoke to run the upgrade. This has to be a target in the install script.
