Buidling a procDef cache will surely make the process engine clusterable more difficult.
Imo, we should document/make integration points/enhance config such that clusterable
caching solutions (eg Infinispan) can be used and we don't reinvent the wheel.

each time an execution has to resolve a process definition based on the
processDefinitionId, it does a query for the deployment dbid. see
RepositorySessionImpl.findProcessDefinitionById
