Hi Maciej, I have tested the build against my multi instance scenario and detected an
issue. When there are multiple dangling executions/tasks an ObjectNotFound exception is
being thrown, it happens when an attempt is made to end the second dangling execution. It
appears the first end deleted all the executions. I have added a failing test in the patch
provided. I'm still looking for the root cause. Tim
