good point.
also i think it is better because with only the 1 jar, if people create their own ejb
packages, they cannot forget the enterprise classes

currently, the enterprise stuff is packed in the pvm core module. i think it's
probably better to separate that out into an ejb or enterprise module. but i don't
know yet all the implications of that with respect to maven. i think we should give it a
try, evaluate and then decide of we do it in a separate module.
