for this release, we should at least find out how this will fit into the overall CI hudson
jobs.
don't close this issue until concurrency testing actually runs on the ci for all
supported dbs.

create a test that produces an optimistic locking failure.
this will
1) verify that the db isolation works correctly
2) allow us to see how this gets logged. (in jbpm 3, a lot of people complained because
there were still SOSEs in the logs)
