HuiSheng Xu updated JBPM-2939:
------------------------------
Fix Version/s: jBPM 4.x
Jbpm console times out when retrieving data from server
-------------------------------------------------------
Key: JBPM-2939
URL:
https://jira.jboss.org/browse/JBPM-2939
Project: jBPM
Issue Type: Bug
Security Level: Public(Everyone can see)
Components: Console
Affects Versions: jBPM 4.3
Reporter: Mike M
Fix For: jBPM 4.x
Forum reference:
http://community.jboss.org/message/562232
The following scenario:
1. Log into console
2. Click on "Process Definitions"
3. Click on "Refresh" button.
4. After about 10 seconds of waiting, it returns an error like the following (and nothing
is populated into the table):
Error
* URL: 'http://machine:8080/gwt-console-server/rs/process/definitions'
* Action: 'org.jboss.bpm.console.client.process.UpdateDefinitionsAction'
* Exception: 'class java.io.IOException'
Request timeout
This problem only happens intermittently - that is, some days it just keeps getting this
error every time, no matter what (restart jboss, etc.). Most days, however, it works fine
without any issue.
Is there any way to configure the timeout period to be longer?
