hmmm couldn't this lead to confusing termininology.
Meaning shouldn't there be an activate/deactivate and leave undeployment what it is.
Or does the appserver have a similar undeployment/delete instead of deactivate/undeploy
differentiate between undeploy and deletion of deployment

a boolean property needs to be added to the deployment indicating that the deployment is
active or not.
undeployment should only set that deployment property to inactive.
deletion should delete the whole deployment and optionally cascade to running executions.
