While waiting for Ronald's work I tried to implement it based on the discussion given
here and some other ideas.
In general, it is pretty much how Ronald described this, with one difference, it can have
more than one transition in fork node. In such case all transitions will be multiplied by
number of items in for-each collection.
Please have a look at the patch that includes both code changes and few test cases to
illustrate (and of course verify) working fork - for each.
Let me know what do you think about it.
P.S. If you need more details about how does it work, just let me know and I will try to
describe it.
