It would be better to translate http://jboss.com/products/seam/pageflow-*.xsd to
/org/jboss/seam/pageflow-*.xsd to be future proof.
Even better would be to externalize this so that it is up to the integrating product to
define.

The existing JpdlEntityResolver compares the provided systemId against a list of known
URLs which are resolved as classpath resources.
This is not done for Seam pageflows (systemId =
http://jboss.com/products/seam/pageflow-2.0.xsd), which can potentially result in slow
internet lookups at parsing time.
