Joram Barrez resolved JBPM-2425.
--------------------------------
Fix Version/s: jBPM 4.1
Resolution: Done
The original behaviour was to suspend the process instance when an invalid outcome was
used, this explains why the task activity still was there.
Changed this to throwing an exception: when an unexisting outcome is used, a JbpmException
is thrown to indicate that likely there was a typo somewhere.
Completing task with nonexistent outcome silently does nothing
