Ronald van Kuijk commented on JBPM-1171:
----------------------------------------
Should not take to much time as well. I already did some work and things seems to be fine.
I'd propose to refactor the method 'Properties getMailServerProperties()' to
'Session getMailSession()' since that is what is needed anyway in send and with a
jndi lookup for a session, I have to transform that to properties and back... waste of
time (albeit a small amount) and there is NO test for this method anyway....
Assign to me if agreed (or I will do it over the weekend anyway)
Oh.. and would be nice to get this into 3.2.3 (yes, I'll write some docs to ;-))
make jbpm configurable to use a mail session from jndi instead of an
additional config file

Key: JBPM-1171
URL:
http://jira.jboss.com/jira/browse/JBPM-1171
Project: JBoss jBPM
Issue Type: Feature Request
Components: Core Engine
Affects Versions: jBPM jPDL 3.2.2
Reporter: Ronald van Kuijk
Assigned To: Tom Baeyens
Fix For: jBPM 3.3
jBPM now uses a config file for mail properties. Often (especially in JEE envs) a mail
session is already configured and could be used by looking it up via jndi. jBPM should
support this as well.
