Solutions:
* Showing date times in the server time zone is already implemented. Better than GMT, but
not a global solution.
* Set a default time zone per web app in the configuration is only a mild step ahead from
the server time zone. Still not a global solution.
* The only global solution so far is Seam's: associate the server time zone to the
session and let the user change it through the console. However that would take even more
development time.
