I think this issue is not related to the BPMC -20 issue.
I believe I have fixed this lazyInit exception earlier this week (the ProcessInstance was
not set to lazy='false') (svn rev 5636).
I'll check it right away and give you an update if it works on trunk.

I just tested it on trunk. The LazyInit exception is gone, 2 tasks are now shown in the
personal task list of Alex.
However, the process instance isn't shown in the process instance list (ie BPMC-20).
I'll close this issue once that issue is also fixed.

I encountered a similar error today but I was not sure about it since I also had a second
problem. I could not access the worklist of one of the test users (alex, mike, peter, ..)
from the console but it seemed to work from outside using the API. I also encountered a
LazyInit exception thrown when trying to load the tasks of him. Should I reopen the
issue?
