------------------------------
Summary: clean up enterprise module (was: fix enterprise module)
Description:
enterprise module contains the JMS and EJBTimer bindings for the async message session and
the timer session.
this was extracted as a separate maven module, but that work has not yet been completed.

available
* test suite coverage should be verified
* hudson job should be set up for running this module's test suite
also check if the classes can be merged in the pvm jar
