Stacks (-with-all, -with-deltaspike, -with-infinispan BOMs)

Since some artifacts like BOMs and Archetypes still in Candidate Release, the Stacks used to JDF 2.1 still in this branch: https://github.com/jboss-jdf/jdf-stack/commits/jdf-2.1 and on master branch. After relase, it will be merged to 1.0.0.Final.
