This release fixes JDF-496 - NPE on SameVersionChecker

And it also includes a new feature/goal that permits to test the BOMs: JDF-493

To test the boms you can run on the BOM project:

mvn -U org.jboss.maven.plugins:maven-qstools-plugin:bom-check
