Pete Muir I talked with Rob Stryker and we can do a separate file, i.e. pre-stacks.yml but then we gain the complexity of having to ensure there is zero overlap in ID's between these and that pre-stacks.yml must not contain archetypes etc. since we would only be loading pre-stacks.yml for our runtime download stuff.
Any hope that we could just add runtimes to stacks with a "legacy" label or something similar ?
