Description:	Remove Aerogear references. They were originally contributed by Aerogear, but leads to some confusion now, given that Aerogear has it's own site and projects and no longer maintains the contributed quickstarts/examples. Aerogear branding should be used for quickstarts that demonstrate some Aerogear API, and none of the existing quickstarts do this.
