Currently, JBDS downloads quickstarts zip and makes the assumption project examples are either found at the root or at least one directory deep in the zip, in order to extract one particular directory instead of the whole repository.

We need to make sure this assumption is actually correct and that all JDF quickstarts actually verify it.
