A bunch of other related issues involving the shopping cart were also discovered and fixed:

• The back button in the Confirm Booking view was broken.
• The cart did not allow for deletion of ticket requests.
• Calculation of totals was done incorrectly. It was performed considered data available from the previous ticket request added to the cart.
• A jQueryMobile related issue was solved. The pagecreate event was triggered on an div empty element that could not be enhanced, resulting in a JavaScript exception during construction of the Create Booking view. This trigger was removed since it was deemed unnecessary.
