Github Flavored Markdown automatically generates HTML anchors (<a id="buildanddeploy">) without the need to have the HTML explicit on Markdown document.

release-utils.sh -m should generate the HTML file with anchors for every Header on the document like github does. Example: https://github.com/jboss-jdf/jboss-as-quickstart/blob/master/CONTRIBUTING.md#basic-steps

This will make the EAP generated html documents consistent with github generated html and will be clear when reading in raw markdown format.
