due to

java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: org/jboss/quickstarts/wfk/util/ConvertDate

seems the ConvertDate.class is missing in the list of classes added to the test deployment in createTestArchive in src/test/java/org/jboss/quickstarts/wfk/test/MemberRegistrationTest.java
