If both name and email field are filled in, the members are filtered by email only. This means that if you fill in the name input field by 'no-such-name' for instance and then press Filter button, the resulted filtered list is empty. On the other hand, if you fill in the name input field by 'no-such-name' and email input filed by 'john', then the John Smith member appears in the resulted filtered member list.
