Working with Marek Novotny on Archetypes release we realised that Archetypes tests should be more "inteligent" allowing to enable/disable autoclean during tests.

Having autoclean constatly enabled forces qstools to clone the git repo every test.

The test should also allow to disable the force of a custom and clear settings.xml so the archetypes can be tested with unreleased BOMs.
