Summary:	TicketMonster Administration generation - Forge plugin issues fails if RichFaces BOM not in local repository
Description:	When user tries to generate administration section. he might encounter following issues issue : 1/ User must install RichFaces plugin into Forge 2/ If RichFaces BOM is not in the local repository, Forge (both 1.1.x from JBDS 6.0.0 and 1.2.x from 6.0.1 ) fails to get it from Maven Central repository. 3/ Forge plugin completely ignores latest RichFaces version (it uses 4.2.2) and moreover it does not allow to set enterprise version (4.3.1.Final-redhat-1).
