Sande has recommended us (JPP) to copy the dist directory from jboss-as-quickstart project. We have decided not to copy. We'll invoke github-flavored-markdown.rb as pulled from jboss-as-quickstart project.

Could please jdf team change flavored-markdown.rb to the effect that it will not make any assumptions about file pathes? See e.g. [1]. To put it more precisely: could please

producing a TOC be made optional (we do not need it) and
(ii) TOC path passed in as a script parameter?
