I didn't realize it is only a resolution test, I assumed the checks for orientation were supposed to also do mobile browser detection (like window.orientation usually does). It turns out I was wrong, orientation media query doesn't work like I expected and Modernizr.mq("(orientation: landscape)") returns what it should. So I'm sorry again.
