I looked at PR and the comments has my few comments and proposal. Except for those, It seems fine.
If jbosstools doesn't require the file size, I think we should remove those metadata so the stacks.yaml could be (or try to br) more clear.
I'm not sure about having old runtimes on minorReleases and majorReleases section because this will be presented on JBoss Stacks page: http://www.jboss.org/jdf/stack/stacks/ I'll check if Pete Muir
