The cause of JDF-230 is IMO the issue we keep bumping into from the
tooling side. The archetypes doesn't seem to have been tested against
the released maven repositories - probably only tested against what
was used for local development.

This is why I suggest to setup a test run of the referenced archetypes
to see if their result with and without enterprise flag actually
compiles and builds from the command line (need to add
maven.repository.redhat.com/techpreview/all to the settings.xml used)

These same tests could be used on the archetype side but I believe its
best we run this on the stacks.yml too before updating so if it fails
the stacks.yml update should gets rejected so we don't put
"unbuildable" stuff into stacks and as a consequence users CLI and
tooling experience."
