Rafael Benevides: I spoke with Peter on IRC and he confirmed that the JPP quickstarts require that you configure your Maven settings to use their repository. The rest of the quickstart use Maven Central so it is quick and easy to do the root build at this time. I am reluctant to modify the root POM to include these quickstarts at this time.
