Yes I am. Interestingly, I just switched to Java 7 - which is installed in /Library/Java/JavaVirtualMachines/jdk1.7.0_40.jdk/Contents/Home

whereas Java 6 is install in
/System/Library/Frameworks/JavaVM.framework/Home

and IT WORKS!
