Like Pete said, this shouldn't be occurring. But since you've run into this, I'd suggest going through these:
* Are you using an EAP 6.1 WTP runtime adapter to deploy to the server? If you're not sure, I'd recommend getting JBoss Developer Studio 7.1 (https://devstudio.jboss.com/do... or JBoss Tools 4.1.1 (https://www.jboss.org/tools/).
* Also, I'd recommend removing any failed or existing deployments of the same app, before deploying from Eclipse.
