With regards to changes I think we should move to RCUE styles first, and apply the changes in the way they recommend changing it. As I've said I'm not happy with the new design for it either.
What exactly do you mean by “move to RCUE styles first”? Changing the markup according to the widgets provided in this page? http://rcue-uxd.itos.redhat.com/widgets/
The visual design is following RCUE. I just see two details that should be changed:
- Align the labels to the right and make it bold (see “forms” section in widgets)
- Change the realm selector (dropdown) to their context selector (below)
With regards to the design, I updated the colour of the lighter bar.
And make a version with the RCUE recommended selector:
