Hi,

we noticed a little issue on the "account management" view.

In the Account Management section of the UPS, when clicking "cancel" for any of the forms, the form is still trying to be validated.

And also, on the top the "link" back to the "UPS console" is then missing, after the validation error.

Has one noticed the same problem? We noticed this with Beta4 and the lastest of RC-1.
