Nice to see the RCUE style in it ;)

There are many design details that can be improved, but I guess the most critical usability issues that I observed were:

- Feedback on the login / registration pages: we should indicate all the problems and constructively suggest a solution

- Navigation in the Admin console (see attachment):
- the top navigation bar (right above the content) has a weird behavior, with links appearing and disappearing and different levels of navigation in the same bar.
- user actions are presented with the same style as navigation links (same top bar)
- a navigation level that indicates the application that the user is configuring is missing.

We can fix them easily with some changes.

Register and create your realms.  Working pages:

* Realm create
* Broke up realm detail page into multiple parts
* User creation/query
* User Role mappings. Ugly, but functional.  Needs some Gabriel love.
And suggestions
* Application view/creation

Next, going to work on scope mappings, oauth client configs, and filling
in missing details and missing configurations switches in existing forms.
